What we CAN accept

New and/or gently used merchandise to include:

Clothing & shoes (women, men, & children —all sizes)
New socks, bras, and underwear (ladies, girls, boys, & teens)
Jewelry, accessories, purses, wallets, & reading glasses
Home furnishings & décor (Furniture, rugs, lamps, art)
Housewares (dishes, utensils, pots & pans)
Seasonal decorations (trees, wreaths, ornaments)
Collectibles & antiques
Working electronics/small appliances (vacuum cleaners, DVD players, etc.)
Clean Toys
Car Seats (if not expired)
Baby walkers, strollers, highchairs
Luggage, tote bags, duffle bags, backpacks.

This list is not all-inclusive, so please call us if you have questions about items.

Please make sure all items are in closed-lid containers or sealed garbage bags.

What we CAN NOT accept

Anything broken, stained, torn, or missing parts.
Mattresses/Box Springs
Mattress pads, baby beds, & crib bumper pads
Sleeping bags, quilts, pillows, & comforters that aren’t sterilized
Tube style televisions
Used portable toilets (kids & adults)
Books in large quantities
Exercise Equipment (Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, etc.
Sleeper sofas
Furniture that is broken, torn, stained, or has excessive pet hair or smoke odor
Garage sale leftovers
Computer equipment, accessories, and software older than two (2) years from today's date.
Renovation items (i.e., stovetops, built-in light fixtures, etc.)

IMPORTANT REMINDER!

We cannot guarantee that we will receive donations left after business hours or donations put in the gray trash bin. We ask that you please bring your donations back another time during donation hours.

The donations made to This & That Boutique and Resale help meet the needs of the people who receive our services. Some of our clients leave their situations with little more than the clothing on their backs. Others are in the process of starting over their lives in a healthier situation. With the community's donations we are able to help by providing the necessities for setting up a new living space.

This & That Boutique and Resale would love for you to stop in and shop with us! We're located next to our main office in Huntsville, on the corner of Sam Houston Ave. & 15th Street!

Thanks to the donations of our community; we have something for everyone! So be sure to check back frequently in hopes you will find something you like!

This & That Boutique and Resale proceeds help make ends meet for the things that we don’t have other funding for. These can include but are not limited to prescription medicine, transportation, school supplies, groceries, and utilities for our shelter.
